Green Thorn Durian
Green thorn (青刺) is a rare durian to come across. Even so, it is not one of those that people specifically chase after during the season.
The taste profile just don’t have a pull factor like capri, tian song or susu.
It’s trademark physical attribute is it’s slim thorns which resembles gelled up spiky hair.

The shape of the husk is generally nicely rounded and oval.

With very light yellow flesh.
The taste is bitter and sweet with a hint of alcohol. Sometimes the durian flavour can be extremely potent, but definitely not at the levels comparable to the dominant cultivars like tekka or D10.
