Karuna Hill is quite possibly the most beautiful durian place that is open for the public to book in Penang.

You need to make reservations. The place is for guests. So don’t intrude into the property out of just curiosity.

I call it a durian place because you won’t be able to definitively slot it into a specific category.

It has the durian trees that a durian farm would have, it has the posh modern rooms for stayovers like a hotel or chalet, it has beautiful scenery like a travel getaway, it even has exquisite landscaping that would remind you of a country club.

In fact, when walking around the premises, I find that it feels like walking in the park instead of a durian point of interest.

A great place to relax while feasting on the king of fruits.
