Aik Tropical Durian Farm is a plantation nestled deep in the forestry of Kampung Sungai Pinang in Balik Pulau.

It’s a very low profile durian place and you’d most likely never come across it until you start to explore the more reclusive farms in Penang.

You have to turn into one of the slip roads along Jalan Pantai Acheh.

A reason why they do not try hard to market themselves is that they really don’t need to. There is a huge base of loyal customers that go back to feast on their durians season after season.

While it is a small farm, their durian trees are in the same area as some of the more popular plantations around. So in a way their fruits share the same terroir traits as the popular farms.
