Tu Gor Chui Durian (Pig’s Mouth)
Tu Gor Chui a durian that has a rather unique identifiable attribute in that the bottom of the fruit tends to protrude out like that of a pig’s mouth. Thus the name.

Tu gor chui is the Hokkien pronunciation for the words 猪哥嘴. While this term can literally be translated as pig’s mouth. This is actually a light-hearted expression meant to describe a lecher’s mouth in a joking way. Like a pouty mouth always looking for a kiss.
The flesh is light lemon yellow.

It’s texture is not too soft and not too sticky. A nice balance.
The taste is slightly bitter with a hint of a caramel aftertaste. And the seeds are rather big.
Considered a rare durian of Penang. But you won’t find a lot of durian hunters going around specifically to find it too.
